Finding fulfillment, pleasure, peace

We are told what jobs and relationships will be fulfilling to us. We are served ads that tell us what we want. We are programmed to stay at the surface and value ourselves based on what we look like, how much money we earn, how old we are.

This culture doesn’t teach us to find fulfillment.

And then we get confused, disappointed, and sad when we follow all of the rules and still find ourselves unhappy, unseen, and unfulfilled.

But we get to break the rules. We get to imagine & create our own universes - universes that include the people, relationships, and places that we truly desire.

But this work is not always easy. It is a direct challenge to our egos and our identities.

This work involves…

→ unraveling all of the stories you’ve been told about yourself and your desires.

→ being seen for who you are at a deeply intimate level.

→ learning to ask for ALL of the things you’ve been too scared and too ashamed to ask for.

→ moving beyond the shadows to fully receive what you asked for.

→ a surrender to being held.

For me, fulfillment & peace come with pleasure & pain.

The story we’ve been sold about fulfillment being devoid of pain is just not true. Pain is valid, it is beautiful, and it can teach us so much.

But so many coaches and specialists are out there telling us to be high-vibe, to stay in the 5th dimension, to do positive affirmations, to bypass literally anything that is hard…

It doesn’t work because it keeps us at the surface. It is not healing. It is not growth.

Growth is the snake shedding its skin. The pain of letting go so that new things may enter. The vulnerability that comes when we are raw.

And when we can learn to be co-present with the pain AND the pleasure, then we can get a glimpse of the fulfillment, peace, and joy we’ve been searching for.

When we can love the pain AND pleasure — even if we don’t like them — then we can be present with ourselves, our desires, and our imaginations.

And this is what I do with clients. This work with me is about creating the space to make it all happen. A space that invites all of your desires and self. A space that can hold your pleasure and pain.

A path of pleasure, fulfillment, and peace is going to be messy. That part is not optional.

And our ability to hold, see, and love the messiness will determine where we end up on that path.

I’m good at holding you and seeing you in the joy and in the messiness. I’m good at pointing out with laser precision when you try to take shortcuts. And I’m good at loving you through all of it.

If you’re curious about what this work might look like for you on your path, I hope you’ll set up a consultation.
