I know what it is like to feel alone, unseen, and unmet

I know what it is like to feel lost.

I know what it is like to look at the people around you and feel utterly alone, unseen, and unmet.

I know what it is like to feel unappreciated and unloved — while also knowing deep down that I was worthy.

My own journey began because one day I woke up and said that I was not going to endure this any longer. I decided that I was going to create something different for myself.

I had no idea what that would be, but I knew that this feeling of aloneness and unfulfillment was not my path in life.

And so I began seeking, asking questions, and learning.

While that journey is ongoing, I have learned a lot about myself and how to navigate my relationships with lovers, friends, and family.

But most importantly, I’ve increased my skills and capacities to love, hold, see, and navigate the relationships I have with my pleasure, pain, grief, fear, and shame.

I have had to unlearn a lot. I have had to let go of many people and habits. That was not easy, but I can now hold that grief with a lot of love and compassion.

In that space, I have learned that we can create so much more. More that is aligned with our soul’s and our deepest desires to be seen, loved, and held.

This sacred intimacy that I do brings all of me to the table. It is a relationship that we build and navigate with intention, slowness, and open-eyed awareness.

In our time together, I will ask you to step up to your edges and be vulnerable with me and with yourself.

We’ll do that through sacred practices of giving and receiving. Giving and receiving with our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.

In that space, you can experience massive transformation.

And, as someone who doesn’t like to waste time — it is efficient. If you can show up and be present with yourself, your body, and me, this transformation will be remarkably fast and also widespread.

I love this work. It has changed my life and continues to do so. And I’ve seen it change so many others.

I hope you’ll join me.
