About Me

Before I started my own journey, I felt deeply unseen, unmet, and unwanted.

I felt wholly unfulfilled because I wasn’t asking for the types of relationships I wanted. In many ways I didn’t know what I wanted (I didn’t know what was possible) and when I did know what I wanted, my fear, shame, and grief stopped me in my tracks.

I felt lost and confused because while my therapy and healing practices were supporting me, they weren’t providing the transformation I wanted.

I was enduring — in almost every way imaginable. And I wanted out. I didn’t know what I wanted, but I knew I didn’t want this. I knew there was more for me, something better.

So I began seeking, asking questions, and doing my inner work.

The first time I heard the word sacred intimacy, I felt it in my body. I didn’t know what it was but I felt its resonance.

I began to see two sacred intimates in New York and everything unfolded very quickly.

I went deep into my body and my desires, but most importantly, I learned about how to fold and facilitate my own transformation.

I learned how to be in better relationship with friends, partners, lovers, and most importantly, myself.

This work changed my life and it continues to do so.

I have always been a seeker of transformation.

I grew up in an evangelical Christian church in Tennessee, where the possibility of transformation was preached daily. And even though I now see many of those teachings as perpetuating violence against ourselves, our desires, and our bodies, I learned a lot about myself and the power of intention.

Now, I strive to find a more nuanced understanding of our bodies, our desires, and our pleasure & pain. I believe that in that we can find a much deeper wisdom in our physical and subtle bodies.

I believe in this work because it continues to astound me. It is simple, but in its simplicity, there is a well of power for us to draw on. I’ve seen it within myself and guided countless clients toward it as well.

My life, my relationships, my sex, and my joy have been transformed. And not just once — many times over.
