About Adam

My journey into this work began because I felt unseen, unmet, and unwanted in my relationships.

My sex life was in shambles. I was enduring most of my relationships.

I had no idea where to turn. Therapy gave me support in many ways but not with this. Different healing modalities gave temporary relief.

I knew deep down that there was something better for me. An easier, more pleasurable path.

So I began seeking. I started asking questions, I sought out teachers, and I began to learn how to go deep within myself.

On this path, I’ve learned a lot about sex, touch, energy, and pleasure. I know a lot about navigating relationships with others, communities, and ourselves.

Most importantly, I have learned how to create and maintain spaces that can hold massive transformation.

For most of my life I was seeking a quick fix to my problems. And it wasn’t until I learned how to create the space I needed for my own transformation that it began to come — and it came fast.

This work changed my life and continues to change it. I have seen it in myself and in countless clients and participants who have shown up asking similar questions.

It’s not rocket science. It’s actually pretty simple. But in its simplicity, you will find a depth of transformation you never imagined.

I know how hard it is to navigate sex, pleasure, and relationships.

I know how hard it is to find therapists, resources, and support who are open to hearing about and holding the shame, fear, and guilt that so often comes with our deepest desires.

I know how hard it is to say no and set boundaries and limits for what we are no longer willing to give.

And I know there are ways we can navigate all of this with love, compassion, and grace.

I am here because I want your sex and relationships to be easier.

I am here because I want you to receive more of what you want.

I am here because I love being in relational spaces with others who want to create more pleasure in their bodies and communities.

My gifts lie in my ability to be deeply present with you, to see all of you, and to hold you accountable to your path when it gets tough.

It is important to me that I show up in love with everyone. And in that love, I believe that we can find space to name what we want, what we don’t want, and what we like & don’t like.

It is powerful, transformational, and deeply moving if you’re willing to step into it with me.

I am in my mid-40s. I’m queer and prefer to think of myself as genderqueer (they/them) and masculine presenting. I’m educated through graduate-level courses, non-disabled, and have a lot of experience in personal development work.

I’ve spent significant parts of my life in Seoul, New York City, Tennessee, and Connecticut. The diversity of physical locations and spaces have deeply influenced the lens through which I see myself and those around me.

Growing up I had the privilege of being raised middle class without having to worry about access to education, food, or health care. And as an adult, the emotional, physical, and energetic toll of financial distress and uncertainty have been largely present for me.

I am constantly curious about the privileges those dynamics afford me — especially while also existing within sexual minorities. I believe that our power and privilege greatly influence our paths, our desires, and our relationships and inquiries about this tend to show up in my work.

Throughout my professional life, I have worked with incredible teachers who are committed to questioning the dominant culture and systems that guide so much of what we do. They have helped me navigate my own path around sex, money, race, gender, power, and disability.

I have seen how the culture we live in impacts our ability to know, ask for, and receive pleasure, fulfillment, and bliss. I have seen how so many of us have been reduced and constricted to shadows of ourselves.

I want you to break out of that. I want you to find, ask for, and receive all that you desire.

I love this path and this work.

I love being able to hold curious folks who are trying to make their lives better.

I love exploring relationships, sex, peace, and fulfillment — and how they intersect in our lives.
