I talk to a lot of folks who want to change their lives. You want your boss to value you more, you want more fulfilling relationships, you want to do something more with your life.
I’ve certainly been there and I know what those places feel like.
When we are triggered by other people, we create stories that blamed them instead of doing the work on ourselves.
Very quickly, those stories become important parts of our identity.
Your growth edge is that place that pushes you to question yourself and your journey. That edge that feels scary because you’ve never been there. Your mind & body are telling you to stay put because it is unknown.
Your growth edge is that place that you know deep down you want to go toward. Maybe it keeps popping up on your radar or you keep thinking about it. But because it is so different from your current path, because it is so scary, you don’t go.
We hold a lot of wisdom within ourselves. The problem is actually finding it. Automatic writing is an invaluable tool you can incorporate into your practice to strengthen your #intuition and #trust.
Here's what I do...
Bodywork is so important for spiritual growth. We can do spiritual and mental work for years - but if we don't do what is needed to shift at the physical level - things WILL stay the same. You will not trust yourself to step into the physically unknown - even when your spirit and mind are telling you to.
We all know how important it is to be present. But what is it? What does it really mean to be present?
For me, it was waking up to see the sunrise on the Quiraing in Scotland. Walking through the British Museum seeing some of the most beautifully sculpted spiritual artifacts in the world. Taking a stroll along the Water of Leith and taking in all the beauty of Edinburgh's neighborhoods. Coming upon Stonehenge at sunset with no one else around.
Automatic writing is when you let go of your ego and conscious intention and write from your soul. It has become one of the most important and valuable pieces of my spiritual practice and I recommend to almost everyone.
In this episode, I talk about how you can get started and some good question prompts to get you started.
In this interview I interview Gaston Lacombe about his work photographing men and how vulnerability and shame play such a big part in how we view and value ourselves.
Gaston Lacombe is an artist based in Provincetown, MA, where he runs his own studio and art gallery. His work is a unique mixed-media approaches to photography, often by combining it with other techniques, such as drawing and painting. For the last few years, his main subject of interest has been portraits of men.
I have a lot of conversations with folks around how they can integrate a spiritual practice into their day.
My morning ritual is the most important part of my day. It is in this time between waking and work that I can find the most wisdom and insight. It has become such an important part of my spiritual practice, that I can’t imagine being able to move forward without it.
Here’s what I do and how I do it.
Getting to the heart of our true wants and desires so that we can manifest them is tough.
There are, of course, many ways to do this. But for me and many of my clients, I’ve found that tapping into our sexual energy can be an efficient way to dive deeper into our bodies to better understand our intuition and desires.
In this episode I talk about what this podcast is and will be. I also talk a bit about my 1-1 spiritual coaching with men in NYC.
I’m very excited about where this podcast will go. There are some exciting guests that will be joining us in the coming weeks!

The energy around our heart chakra is very powerful. Too often we hold on to people or events in our past that no longer serve us. That can prevent us from accessing the power that we all hold in our heart.
In this event, we will explore the third chakra, the Solar Plexus. This chakra, usually located between the heart and navel, is often associated with our personal power and how we value ourselves.
We will use our sexual energy to clear, extend, and expand the energy around the Solar Plexus as it relates to our careers.
In this event, we will explore the fifth chakra, the throat. The throat chakra is so important in determining how we show up and create the world around us. It is through our voice that we express our wants, desires, frustrations, and loves.
We will practice saying what we want and use our sexual energy to clear, extend, and expand the energy around the throat.
