"Small changes over time can lead to impactful positive change." - Jen Thoden

In this episode, I interview author & speaker Jen Thoden. Jen is the author of That's My Color: Discover Your 5 Signature Colors To Transform Your Life and she uses color to help guide women toward a more authentic and intentional life.

Jen says that through the intentional use of color in our wardrobes and spaces, we can take meaningful steps toward a more happier and fulfilling life.

On the surface, it seems small, but it is exactly through small decisions like "What shirt should I wear to my presentation?" that can make or break a sale. By living more intentionally through color, we train ourselves to live more authentically in other aspects of our lives.

Jen's mission is to help women transform into happier versions of themselves by being true and authentic. She is the founder of Your Color Style™, a proprietary online color system that makes it easy for women to discover their best colors.

You can find more on her website, YourColorStyle.com she covers topics on color analysis, authenticity, and confidence.
